By | Product Tips, Videos | No Comments

I am SO excited to introduce you to the new Stampin’ Up! catalog!  As I was flipping through my catalog yesterday, I was remembering how I used to get my new catalog at the same time as a bunch of other people and we would sit around, ooh and aaah, and point out our favorites.  "Did you see this?" was frequently heard.  I miss that! So I thought, wouldn’t it be fun if we could go through the catalog together and I could point out fun stuff and ooh and aah over things with you?  Yes!  Since we can’t ALL…

Monochromatic Birthday Card

By | Birthday Cards, Cards | No Comments

Monochromatic means having one color or having tones of one color in addition to the ground hue.  In card making it means that you use a basic color like white or vanilla with one other color or shades of one other color.  This card uses Whisper White as the "ground hue" and Baja Breeze as the main color. Wipe excess ink off…

On this card I used a sheet of paper from the Berry Blossoms Designer Series Paper Pack to make a card for a friend. Write this down:  4″ x 5-1/4″ is the size you’ll want to cut a sheet of paper to layer it on top of a regular 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ card.  You may…

I’ve Got a Confession…

By | Uncategorized | No Comments

Sometimes I enjoy making wish lists and shopping for craft supplies more than I enjoy the crafting itself!  There is just something about looking at new designs, colors, stamps and accessories that just pushes me over the edge.  Oh and watch out when I look at what others make with the new supplies… I just HAVE to have them!  Which is why since I’ve seen the new Stampin’ Up! catalog I’ve done more wish list making than stamping. While I can’t show you the new catalog online yet (it will be available June 1), I CAN give you a copy…
